The vision: A qualified Syrian society capable of building and giving. A society lead by the values of justice, equality and respect for the other. A society that preserves the rights, freedoms and dignity of its citizens and works to advance all its groups, especially the marginalized ones. mission: Together to rebuild Syria. Values: loving volunteer work - sincerity in performing tasks - respect for others - cooperation - community service - justice - equality - confidentiality - preserving the rights of others.

Team Goals

General goal: Empowering society groups, especially the youth, to improve their expertise and increase their effectiveness, to ensure their rights and dignity. Team goals: Launching youth campaigns and initiatives that serve the team’s vision  Spreading and promoting volunteer work idea among groups of society. Networking with civil society organizations that are consistent with the team's vision and exchanging experiences with them. Supporting marginalized groups in society and preserving their rights Supporting local councils in their legitimacy and acceptance in society in addition to empower them Working with displaced persons and integrating them into society Launching activities, initiatives and work programs that will help achieve civil peace.  Supporting women to practice their role in society. responding to the needs of the oppressed parts of society and standing up for their rights without ethnic or sectarian discrimination
