The team was established in Hama countryside and carried out all its activities there until 2019, when it moved to Idlib countryside after the displacement.

Team Goals
Organize, empower and train 400 young men / women in the fields of (human resources, project management, information technology, life skills and new work techniques) so that we see a positive change in society by obtaining jobs or continuing their education and being present in leadership positions in society, and launching four initiatives annually within ( Youth issues, vulnerable groups, political awareness and public awareness), each one for 3 months, during a two-year period within the northwestern Idlib region.
