team's vision, mission and values

Team vision: Human advancement, intellectually, economically and culturally in order to build the future Syria and preserve the Syrian identity. Mission: A national humanitarian institution that seeks to preserve the free Syrian identity and improve the human’s current conditions so that he can serve the cause of freedom and human’s rights in Syria ... We mostly think about the groups most in need to remain their steadfastness on the homeland by getting closer to their lives and their suffering, as the volunteer team lives in same tents and same conditions ... We believe in youth and civil society capabilities and their role in change, they can also contribute to building a new developed society, in which public affairs are managed on the basis of democracy, human dignity respect and equality among all citizens. The team's mission is to support development, spread the culture of human rights, support youth, and develop new cadres that contribute to the process of strengthening civil society which is dramatically growing and increasing through maximizing youth capabilities and developing the institutional capabilities of existing and emerging organizations.

Team Goals

Communicating with the youth. Monitoring and documenting human rights situation, collecting questionnaires, following them up, and issuing reports. "Spreading awareness," breaking the silence "and changing attitudes about youth issues.  Building a partnership with the media through conferences of authority, news and authority data, and providing a useful information base for media professionals.
