Vision: Pioneering Syrian women with high community leadership skills that enable them to participate in building a developing society. Mission: Rosemary is a community initiative devoted to building and developing leadership skills for women and teams to become more capable of influencing the development and growth of their societies within a supportive environment that carries the values of peace, justice and decent living Values: Community work is a human duty - participatory is the basis for the success of work - Voluntary community service is a great honor.

Team Goals

1- Contributing to the preparation of Syrian women leaders through: Integrated training programs that develop personal and societal skills, especially in the fields of administration, media and entrepreneurship. 2- Contributing to better political role of Syrian women. 3- Contributing to the advocacy of Syrian women's issues, especially regarding realizing her rights and taking a real and effective role within their societies.  4- Contributing to spreading the culture of volunteer work. 5- Contributing to spreading the values of peace, justice and decent living
